Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 business days' notice, no later than 12 PM, to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations or reschedules made outside of this timeframe, including same-day or in-office partial service cancellations of scheduled services, will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

• To ensure fairness and consistency for everyone, Soul Medical is unable to make exceptions based on the reason for cancellation.

​

• Two (2) cancellations or reschedules within a four (4) month period, whether within or outside of policy, will require a $500 non-refundable deposit to schedule future appointments.

​

• Three (3) or more cancellations or reschedules within a six (6) month period, whether within or outside of policy, will require full pre-payment of services at the time of booking or scheduling ineligibility.
